Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any of Elemental Extractor labeled products, please contact us for guidance.
We want to assure Elemental Extractor customer satisfaction with a positive experience.
If you are having process issues or have questions, we are expert in the use of our equipment and our service staff can help solve problems.
Elemental Extractor offers a 14-day return policy on NEW retail extraction appliances purchased directly from Elemental Extractor

To be returned as unused and un-damaged; and to be accepted as open-box for full refund.

Consumable items are NON REFUNDABLE (this includes the Element One Cooling Powder, and Ethanol)

The machine must have been purchased as "new" - returns are not accepted for remanufacture, or used machines

We are only accepting machines for return as-new in their original packaging.
(the machines arrive in engineered containers - not to be discarded) -
Any extraction equipment that has been used and/or displays any presence of process residue is not eligible for return.

We do not accept walk-in returns.

If an item is returned, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee (this will be taken out of the return)
Step 1. Contact Us – To obtain a Return Authorization number within 14 days of delivery

If you prefer SMS messaging, provide a phone number in the form.

You will receive a reply within 4 business days.
Step 2. Pack the Extraction Appliance for Return in the Original Packaging

The safest return of hardware is in the original packaging.

Remember to include all accessories in order to receive the full refund of the purchase price.

Shipping damages due to inadequate return packaging will be deducted from your refund amount (the dollar amount in damages will be determined by our technicians)

Return Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Step 3. Label Package with RMA – Using a black marker, write the RMA number you received in email next to the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box.

The RMA number is required for refund of purchase price.

An in-box copy of your original invoice will help expedite your refund.
Step 4. Insure & Track the Package – Protect from loss or theft by insured tracking available as from all package carriers

To be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RMA number.

Save the shipping receipt for your records.

We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.

We do not accept walk-in returns.
Step 5. Receive Your Refund

Credit card purchases will be refunded within 5 business days of the processing of your return.
